Welcome to my YouTube Channel, today we are featuring "Vegan Breakfast with Organic Fruits". This channel will show off-the-cuff Vegan videos using organic vegetables.

DESCRIPTION: How to assemble a Vegan Cereal breakfast including organic fruits topping. 

INGREDIENTS AND SUPPLIES:
1. Almond Milk 1.5 cups and 1/4 cup for coffee
2. Banana  1-lg
3. Blueberries 1-handful
4. Cantaloupe melon  1/2-
5. Cereal bowl 1-lg
6. Cheerios (Fortified with B12) 1/3-cup
7. Chunky Wheat and Barley Cereal 1/4 cup
8. Flax seed (Omega -3) 1-heaping tablespoon
9. Old Fashioned Oat Raw 1-lg Handful
10. Purple Corn Flakes 1/4 cup
11. Shredded Wheat Bit Size 1/3-cup
12. Spoon 1
13. VEGA Protein (Best Vegan Protein and taste good) 1-scoop
14. Vegan Keurig coffee

VITAMINS AND MINERALS:
An approximate amount
Almond Milk 1.0 cups: 827 calories, 72 grams of fat and 17 grams of fiber.
