Roasted Bell Peppers and Garlic Hummus

Welcome to Kiwis to Pistachios my YouTube Channel, today we are featuring "How to Make Roasted Bell Peppers and Garlic Hummus". This channel will show off-the-cuff Vegan videos using organic vegetables.


DESCRIPTION: A video showing how to transform garbanzo beans  and into a very hot hummus for use as an appetizers for holiday parties.

INGREDIENTS AND SUPPLIES IN ORDER:

2-cups cooked Garbanzo beans Reserve less 1/8 cup for decoration
1/4 tsp. Black Pepper
2-cloves garlic
1 Tbsp. Bragg's™ Liquid Aminos Seasoning
1-Tbsp. Lemon Juice
1/2 cup pressed Roasted Red Bell Peppers in water
Reserve less 1/8 cup for decoration
1-Tbsp. Rowland™ Tahini
1-cup water

After 2-4 hours add to top of hummus:

1/4 tsp. Hungarian Paprika
Reserve less 1/8 cup for decoration

SUPPLIES:

Norpro Garlic Peeler™ for Garlic cloves
Refrigerator
Blender
Slotted spoon
Spatula
Storage dishes
Measuring spoons
4-cup Measuring dish
Glass bowls
Pairing knives (mincing)
Wood block or cutting board
Strainer
Kitchen sink, with water and drain
1-quart Freezer bag
