DESCRIPTION: How to cook organic carrots in an Instant Pot™ for a wonderful vegan meal. In this video we are taking carrots from preparation to eating to preparation. This video addresses chopping and cooking carrots in the Instant Pot™. We are cooking 5 lbs of carrots in the Instant Pot™. We talk about using the same diameter carrots to prepare them for cooking. We discuss how to place your fingers to prevent injury. Always add a cup and a half (1-1/2 cups) of water into the Instant Pot™ for safety. Set up the timer use the MANUAL button. Then the Instant Pot™ cook the carrots in 3-minutes. Once the pressure lock dropped, and the Instant Pot™ Lid can be released. Now the carrots are cooked and ready to be eaten.
