This is the fifth post of ten posts that will address my search to become a vegan. Use it for reference, use it for information, its up to you. I hope this posts help new vegan achieve better health. I am a new vegan but 65 years young vegan, I am still learning, the best of being part of being a vegan is that I find a new and interesting recipes everyday.
This post shows my vegan and non-vegan cookbooks from my library.
Some of these cookbooks were recommended by Jill McGeever of Simple Daily Recipes. All the pictures below were taken from books within my library. If you are interested in more details for these books, I have included link to these books.
Vegan Instant Pot Cookbook:
- Vegan Instant Pot ™
Cookbook for two (2017): By Veggie Ella. This cookbook has no pictures
but it does have an outstanding recipes for vegan sausage.[1]

Kitchen - Tofu Cookery by Louise Hagler (1991)
